001 — ORIGIN STORY
Born July 4th, 2001 — FIREWORKS AT MIDNIGHT, a sky full of color, the whole North Pole celebrating. Jimmy has always believed that was personal. The universe knew. It was announcing him. He has told this story approximately four hundred times and every single time he means it completely.
002 — FIRST EVALUATION
Got his first Workshop evaluation at 19. The Head Elf slot for Floor A opened on a Tuesday. By Wednesday, Jimmy was already there at 5 AM, having decorated the entire workshop before a single co-worker arrived. Jammy walked in, looked around, said three words: "It's yours, kid." Jimmy cried. Happy tears, obviously.
003 — THE WORKSHOP
He is ALWAYS FIRST IN. This is not a rule or a requirement — it's who he is. Shows up before sunrise, before anyone, and he strings lights, adjusts the ornaments, puts on the music. He wants people to arrive to something that already feels like Christmas. He has never once thought of this as extra work.
004 — THE WRAPPING RECORD
Current Workshop Floor A wrapping record holder: 847 presents in a single shift. Broke the old record by 200. When they put his name on the board he stood in front of it for five full minutes. People thought he was meditating. He was just feeling it. Every bit of it.
005 — JONNY & JIMMY
His relationship with Jonny is complicated. Jimmy has been trying to drag Jonny into the fun for seventeen years. Jonny resists. Jimmy never stops trying. What Jimmy doesn't know: Jonny puts one ornament on the tree every Christmas, front and center, just for Jimmy. That's Jonny's version of joining in.
006 — JAMMY
He idolizes Jammy completely and Jammy pretends not to notice. Jimmy watches how Jammy moves, how he leads, how he makes decisions. He has never told Jammy any of this — because Jammy would do that thing where he looks away and his jaw gets tight and that's basically the same as Jammy crying, which neither of them can handle.

ADVENTURE NO. 01
THE NIGHT I RODE A REINDEER
Technically it was Comet. Technically it was "a test of the harness systems." Technically nobody authorized this. What actually happened: Jimmy asked nicely, Comet said yes (in reindeer language, which Jimmy absolutely understands), and they went over the whole village at 400 feet while the aurora blazed green and gold overhead. Jimmy described it as "the second-best moment of my life." Someone asked what the first was. He said: "Every Christmas morning, obviously. It's a permanent three-way tie."

The stacking protocol on Shelf Row 7 was technically correct. The structural assessment was technically sound. What nobody accounted for was Jimmy adding "just a few more" to the top at 11:58 PM. At 11:59, two thousand wrapped presents came down in a single glorious cascade. Jimmy was buried up to his chest. He emerged laughing so hard he couldn't breathe. His only comment: "THAT WAS INCREDIBLE." He was immediately asked to restack everything. He said "WITH PLEASURE" and meant it completely.

CAROL CHAMPIONSHIP — NORTH POLE FINALS
Three-year reigning champion. His rendition of "O Holy Night" is described by the judges as "technically not what we were looking for but absolutely impossible to score less than a perfect ten." He does the big note at the end and holds it for eleven seconds. People in the back row have been observed tearing up. Jimmy tears up too, every single time. It's his own carol. He's singing it. He still cries. It never gets old.

THE WRAPPING STATION INCIDENT
The record attempt. December 19th. Jimmy taped off his station, put on his playlist (starts with "Jingle Bell Rock" and escalates from there), and wrapped for nine straight hours. Two bathroom breaks, one cocoa refill. 847 presents. Perfect bows, every one. His hands were shaking. He looked at the number, looked at the board, looked back at the number. "I need to sit down," he said quietly. Then, three seconds later: "ACTUALLY NO I DON'T. THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE."
